As CEO of Sapience, Bradley is responsible for the execution of our global strategy. He has a passion for helping customers succeed and is the driving force behind our aggressive global expansion efforts. Prior to joining Sapience, he served in key global leadership roles at several major technology companies, including IBM, Oracle and Unisys.
Wesley is an accomplished business leader with more than 20 years of experience in the technology, telecommunications, and outsourcing industries. Wesley has held leadership positions at Cingular Wireless, Odyssey One Source, and OneSource Virtual, which he co-founded, and where he currently serves a member of the Board.
Marty brings 14 years of experience in business strategy, financial operations, and mergers and acquisitions. He has served as a CFO for businesses in the software, retail, and education industries. He also has sat on the board of businesses in the consumer products, business services, digital marketing, and restaurant sectors.

Brad is a trusted business advisor with 29 years of professional service experience helping global Fortune 500 companies drive value through innovation and technology. Brad has held leadership positions with Deloitte, Accenture and Ernst & Young, driving client success across the digital transformation space, including leading digital technology product development.
Nitin has nearly 18 years of experience in senior technology roles and joined us from Vuclip, one of the leaders in the Internet-based streaming media space in Southeast Asia and the Middle East and Africa regions. He is responsible for transforming engineering into a major enabler in the evolution of Sapience Analytics and delivering next-gen SaaS product Vue.
Nitin has over 24 years of IT industry experience in solution & product architecting, product engineering, release, and delivery management. He is one of the founding employees at Sapience and has had played multiple roles including chief architect for our enterprise product. His previous roles have been in various technical and senior positions at Silverline Technology, Cognizant, and Symphony Services.
Dan is an accomplished technologist with over 20 years of experience in both large corporations and startups. He has an unwavering focus on exceeding customer expectations and providing them the highest level of value possible. He has a proven track record in product and development strategy in the retail, entertainment, travel, self-service, and IoT industries.

Adam brings over 30 years of financial services experience leading operational, technology and change management teams globally with Barclays, Citibank and National Australia Bank in particular. He has been responsible for digital transformation, innovation strategies, vendor relationships, product development and client support. He also brings a unique perspective as a Sapience product owner for over 2 years. He is passionate about customer success and continuous improvement in client services.

Mr. Grimaldi is a Portfolio Manager and Partner of NEXT Investors. He joined Credit Suisse in 2000, and prior to taking his current role in 2013 focused on making direct private equity investments on behalf of Credit Suisse’s Equities group.
Before joining Credit Suisse, Mr. Grimaldi was an associate at Insight Capital Partners, a venture capital firm. Prior to his position with Insight, he was an investment banker at Merrill Lynch. Mr. Grimaldi earned his B.S.E and B.S. from the University of Pennsylvania.

Frank has been a Senior Advisor to Credit Suisse’s NEXT Fund since 2015. He is an information technology professional with 30+ years of executive leadership and hands-on experience, in both financial services and the technology community at large. Through his work with technology companies, the venture capital community, and private equity firms, Frank has been involved in many notable tech-related transactions, and has helped a number of technology companies achieve significant growth. His board tenure includes PeopleSoft, Avaya, Interwoven (where he was Chairman of the Board), nLayers (where he was a co-founder), Calypso Software (where he was Lead Director) and many other software companies. Frank currently serves as a corporate director of CommVault, Sapience Analytics (a NEXT investment), iBoss, and Skytap. He is also an active member of the Open Source Community, and is an independent board member for the Linux Foundation, where Frank is also Treasurer and Chair of the Audit and Finance committee.
Prior to becoming involved directly with the technology community, Frank served as the Global Chief Information Officer of Credit Suisse First Boston, where he was a Managing Director and a member of the Operating Committee and the IT Executive Board. During his tenure of nearly 20 years in an operating role at CSFB and CS, Frank led the firm’s growth in and use of technology, building the firm’s first global IT organization and integrating all aspects of infrastructure, applications and services. Prior to joining CSFB, Frank began his career in technology as an engineer with IBM, involved in operating system development and systems engineering.
Frank is an occasional speaker and author on a variety of technology topics, and his articles have been featured in BusinessWeek Magazine, the FT, the Washington Post, and CIO Magazine, and at speaking engagements for Forrester, Gartner, and other research firms. He was named one of the top five most influential IT security thinkers by SC Magazine, and was previously a CIO of the Year for CIO magazine.
Frank holds a B.S. degree in management from Fairfield University, where he serves on the Advisory Board of the School of Engineering, and an M.B.A. in Finance from New York University, where he graduated with distinction and was the Marcus Nadler Scholar.
