You directly provide Sapience Analytics with the data the Sapience Lens data collector. This collector is installed on endpoints which collects data when you use your workstation based on the active application or window you are currently using. Data is sent encrypted into the Sapience cloud environment for processing. While browsing the main Sapience Analytics website (https://www.sapienceanalytics.com) and its links, Sapience only collects browser-based information such as cookies, or entity tags.
How will we use your data?
You directly provide Sapience Analytics with the data we collect within web forms.
