With over 24 years of experience in technology and analytics, Jones brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of delivering premiere customer experience and success.
Jones joins Sapience from Capgemini where she served as Vice President, performing a variety of delivery and operational roles over her 23 years of experience. Most recently, she served as the Salesforce Practice Leader where she managed key accounts generating $20+ million in annual revenue. Her experience will serve her well in her current role at Sapience leading the Customer Success team. Her responsibilities include:
- Developing and managing strategies to improve customer success across all touchpoints
- Optimizing the customer lifecycle process
- Implementing onboarding and engagement improvements for both new and existing customers
- Reducing churn rates, increasing customer loyalty, and boosting renewal rates, while analyzing customer feedback to identify trends and enhance satisfaction
